Terms of Service

This document sets for the terms of service that providers agree to when allowing access to their product or service.

Providers agree that this document takes precedence over their published terms, regardless of venue or verbiage.

1. Providers agree that the user has control of their data, including any derived alogirhtms or weights. Users may delete or otherwise control their data at their sole discretion. Providers have no ownership or control of user's data, including usage statistics.
2. Providers agree that they may not change the service agreement after the first usage of their service.
3. Providers agree users may stop payment and usage of the service at any time, for any reason.
4. Providers agree that users may publish, at their sole discretion, any and all information or opinion related to their experience of using a service or product. Providers have no interest or ownership in reviews or descriptions of services.
5. Any paid service agrees to not sell or distribute usage or interest information to any system or entity beyond the originating service. This includes subsidiary and sister companies.

If providers do not like these terms, they may choose to terminate their service and delete all user information.

This agreement is in force everywhere, forever.
