- Climbing Log PDF - internal pages for a
climbing log matching the WMC climbing skill index. Cover art is a
separate file; print this document on one sheet, flipping on long edge,
and then cut in half along dotted line. Fold and you should have all the
sheets in order.
- Climbing Log Cover PDF - Cover
for the climbing log booklet. Made from the SVG in the source files
archive. Makes 2 covers from 1 letter-size sheet. Print onto 100 lb
cardstock, in color. Then cut on the dotted line and fold to make the
cover. Align with the internal pages and permanently fasten to make the
complete booklet; I suggest 4 00-size grommets in nickeled-brass or
aluminum. The grommets allow adding a keeper string to the book, so it
can be clipped into a pack for safe keeping.

to make the Climbing Log Book. SVG files for the internal pages and
cover. Combine internal pages into 1 PDF file, printed on front-and-back
(flip on long edge!). Print cover file separately; makes 2 covers from

- Zipped source files for the Climbing
Skills document. Includes the style files, a PDF output, Makefile, and
TeX source file.
- Rope Label PDF - PDF file for rope
labels. Print on waterproof paper, cut along lines, and fill out with a
Sharpie or other permanent marker. Put a 00-size grommet in the grey
circle (3/16" punch!) and tie inside the rope bag with a short piece of
accessory cord.
- Rope Label SVG - source file for Rope
Label PDF. Open with any competent SVG editor. May have
Windows-specific fonts.
- Rope Label DB - plain ASCII text file with
entries for each known WMC rope. Update carefully, with any text editor
that will save plain ASCII text (not RTF, not Word, not Google Docs).
Currently, the file is maintained on this website, so contact the
website maintainer to push out updates.

and conciseness. Also includes some discussion of how
